As with all projects, communication is paramount and at the start of every project we like to visit our clients to discuss their needs and requirements, this ensures that the client is consulted on all aspects of the work through regular reporting, service agreements and performance indicators.

Efficient and prompt communication is central to any service relationship and we make this a core value of our business and this is included in our Exterior Grounds Maintenance Service Agreements. All sites will have a 'client agreed' schedule for build and maintenance - All maintenance will be in keeping with good horticultural practice and aesthetic appeal - Each site will receive a management inspection every three months - Maintenance issues can arise at anytime and we act upon these notifications within 24 hours.
